I’m a chiropractor with a double degree from Murdoch University. My own scoliosis diagnosis led me into practice and shaped my interest in helping people manage scoliosis across adolescence and adulthood. I focus on pain management, education, and strength-based rehabilitation. I also work with athletes as a sports trainer, tailoring care to support performance and reduce injury risk. I’m furthering my studies with the goal of specialising in women’s health and paediatrics.

What I help with

  • Scoliosis care (adolescents and adults)
  • Spine and peripheral joint pain
  • Posture and movement issues
  • Strength-based rehabilitation
  • Pain management and self-care education

Techniques I may use

  • Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation)
