I’m a chiropractor with a background as a personal trainer. I graduated from Macquarie University (Bachelor of Chiropractic Science; Master of Chiropractic). I practise an evidence-based, patient-centred approach and I’m experienced with Diversified, Gonstead, peripheral adjusting, Terminal Point Technique, soft-tissue work, dry needling, functional rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. I’ve worked with premier AFL and Rugby teams. I’ve also completed research into a new method of scoliosis detection. In 2018, I joined a chiropractic team in Siliguri, India, providing free care to rock-breaking and tea-picking communities.
